As a Senior Cloud Business Process Analyst you will be responsible as part of a team of highly skilled professionals with designing, developing, testing and integration of a "from the ground up" new Microsoft Azure on-premises Enterprise IT datacenter for supporting multiple DoD organizations. This is an outstanding opportunity to design and build a new greenfield Azure solution. This position offers great opportunities for technical experience and growth. This position is a Hybrid role based in Chantilly, VA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Researching product metrics and methodology
Working with the customer on identifying product limitations and future enhancements
Working with user community to maximize product adoption and satisfaction
Identify process inefficiencies and deliver process improvement solutions
Conduct comprehensive business process analysis to define current state for Sponsor's data management lifecycle work flow
Document manual process steps, define dependencies, sequences and stakeholder unique elements
Document streamlines business process and opportunities to automate process steps
Communicate consistently across Sponsor teams and stakeholders, verbally and written
Collaborate with the business and relevant subject matter experts to create a business case, requirement documents, process workflows, and other valuable artifacts to enable the efficient and effective development and support of automated, standardized, data-driven solutions
Other business process duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related scientific or technical discipline is preferred. Work experience or industry certifications demonstrating technical proficiency may be substituted for education requirements
5+ years of relevant experience
Strong customer service skills, teaming skills, collaboration skills, and communication skills across teams and organizations.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Ability to explain and understand human manual interactions with technical systems, and synthesize and analyze process steps
Demonstrated experience working with Agile processes
Demonstrated experience in verbal and written communications, to include presenting complex business processes for a variety of audiences
Demonstrated strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and Salesforce Service Cloud
Demonstrated experience researching complex topics and facilitating complex discussions on business processes for technical work-flows
Demonstrated experience in verbal and written communications, to include presenting complex business processes for a variety of audiences
Clearance Requirements:
Active Top Secret clearance adjudicated within the past 6 years. Candidate must be open to CI poly.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 75%
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office
The person in this position will need to be able to operate a computer and other office productivity devices
