Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Trainer to join our team in Aurora, CO.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develops, implements and evaluates employee training plans and programs to support organizational needs, including technical or nontechnical training
Monitors training programs, assesses needs and results, develops new programs and modifies existing programs
Requires expanded knowledge and experience in own area; incumbents are still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills
Builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers
Solves a range of straightforward problems
Analyses possible solutions using standard procedures
Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own area of expertise while developing additional skill sets
Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
No supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance to new associates
Solves standard problems by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents
Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies
Explains information to others in straightforward situations
Basic Qualifications:
(IAT) Level II
3 years of cybersecurity experience with emphasis on cybersecurity course training development
3 years of experience with SIEM/IDS/IPS (Elastic Stack, Splunk, HBSS, or equivalent).
Strong background/familiarity with Windows and Linux command line, Networking, Traffic Analysis and MITRE ATT&CK framework.
Experience with working on a cybersecurity team, such as a Security Operations Center (SOC), Cyber Protection Team, or CSSP.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree

The projected compensation range for this position is $63,000-$105,000. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it's employees beyond just compensation.
