Provide support for systems at remote office locations, as well as provide after hours on-call support and be available outside of regular working hours.
Able to work independently and/or with limited supervision.
What you will bring:
5+ years of IT experience
Knowledge of network and server infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless technologies, and server systems.
Understanding of network protocols and services, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SD-WAN and Routing, as well as server operating systems and virtualization technologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Education:
Diploma in a related field preferred but not required.
