Position summary

ort the project team by monitoring team performance on assigned tasks. Mentor and motivate the project team. Support the team to overcome obstacles and escalate to management as needed.

  • Ensure project team is identifying, assessing and managing risks. Implement risk mitigation plan.

  • Prepare and distribute regular project status report. Maintain a comprehensive project documentation. Communicate regularly and effectively.

Skills & Experiences Needed:

  • Project management expertise 3-5 years including project planning, risk, budget and schedule management. Waterfall and Agile method expertise and certifications

  • Effective communicator for internal project communication but also for reporting out to stakeholders and leadership teams.

  • Team leadership to lead, motivate and manage project teams fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

  • Organizational skill of time management, multitasking to handle multiple projects at the same time and documentation to keep up to date status report and project documentation

  • Adaptability to adjust to changing requirements, priorities and environment. Resilience to maintain performance and morale in the face of setbacks and challenges
