Make an impact as a Business Process Improvement Associate Analyst
The role focuses on analyzing and optimizing business processes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness, alongside governance and compliance. Responsibilities typically include identifying improvement opportunities, developing and proposing solutions, and supporting implementation activities. The position also requires close collaboration with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of process improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role involves ongoing monitoring, reporting, and evaluation of implemented changes to ensure sustainable, continuous improvement and policy adherence.
In this role, you will also participate in the Mastercard Launch program, an 18 month program aimed at entry level talent, to help you develop skills and gain cross-functional work experience. Launch participants will be assigned to a business unit where you will learn, develop new skills, and gain valuable on the job experience.

To be a Final Year Undergraduate/Masters students or to have graduated no earlier than September 2025
