The Role
Develop strong creative ideas across formats and channels - including brand narratives, campaigns, scripts, digital, social, video, print, and direct (in English and Turkish)
Present work effectively in both internal reviews and client meetings (in English and Turkish)
Write high-quality copy across brand, campaign, and content initiatives.
Contribute to the development of integrated campaigns alongside strategists, art directors, motion designers and other creatives
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints
Bring fresh thinking by staying closely connected to cultural, digital, and platform trends
All About You
Minimum 6 years of experience within full-service advertising agencies, preferably within global network agencies
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and integrated campaign work across ATL, social, and digital.
Must be able to execute across a wide array of channels including TV, online video, online banners, social platforms, and print.
The ability to quickly adapt to regional needs and insights, developing ideas that resonate locally.
Passionate about social media platforms, trends, technology and best practices
Experience working on financial services brands is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; an advanced degree is a plus
