Team and Role Overview
The Debit Portfolio Senior Specialist is part of the Customer Solutions Centre Australasia team and is responsible for driving growth across Mastercard's debit portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, deepening relationships with issuing customers, and delivering tailored solutions that create value for both customers and Mastercard.
This role sits within the Core Consumer products team and focuses on expanding the adoption and performance of Mastercard's debit products. The individual will work directly with customers and internal partners to drive transaction volume, profitable revenue growth, and differentiated customer value propositions. Success requires strong sales instincts, the ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions, and a proactive, analytical mindset.
