We are seeking a Product Manager focused on Analytics to help detect, prevent, and mitigate fraud and design new value-added services that improve transaction approval rates and customer experience. This is a hands-on technical role within the Global Product Management organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor, measure, and report on fraud trends, losses, and performance metrics to inform strategy, executive decision-making, and product development.
• Share product and analytics insights that will be used to design new value-added services for fraud and beyond.
• Analyze transaction approval rates and build tools that help early detection of unusual activity.
• Define and drive the fraud prevention strategy, addressing both existing and emerging risk vectors.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to design and implement scalable fraud detection systems and machine learning models.
• Collaborate with Operations to optimize fraud case management, tooling, and workflows.
• Work directly with financial institutions, fintechs, mobile wallets and other ecosystem. participants to mitigate real-time risk incidents, ensuring minimal friction while effectively addressing fraud.
About You
• You have 5+ years of experience in product management and analytics, ideally with a focus on fraud, risk, payments, or financial crime.
• Advanced data and analytics capabilities, including:
• Advanced SQL skills, ability to write optimized queries for large data sets.
• Experience creating analytics in Python or equivalent language.
• Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, PowerBI
• Ability to distill complex concepts and analyses into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of fraud behaviors, detection mechanisms, and prevention strategies in fintech, payments, or crypto.
• Proven ability to evolve in a complex matrix environment and to operate with complete independence and autonomy
• You currently live in São Paulo and has availability to attend the office 3-times per week.
• You are able to communicate in English and have an advanced level of the language.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent experience.
