Director Send Product Development

Role:
1.Develop and manage the Send Standards (primary responsibility).
2.Contribute to the identification of short-term enhancements and to the definition of the long-term strategy of Mastercard Send.
3.Actively contribute to a wide range of Send-related product development initiatives.
4.Represent Mastercard in customer meetings and industry events.
5.Address internal and external queries about Send Standards.
6.Promote awareness of upcoming global Send publications by the wider global Send Product team and by the various regional Send teams;

• Knowledge of MasterCard and Mastercard Send or of competing offerings both at the business level and at the transaction processing level.
• High self-motivation and ability to work autonomously; "can do" attitude; strong customer and results orientation.
• Flexibility to attend meetings during business hours of other continents.
• Fluency in English.
• Bachelor's degree.
