    Position summary

    used on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this team is responsible for end-to-end solutions supporting a diverse global customer base.

    The BD Retail & Commerce Director's key responsibilities include:

    -Take ownership of the D&S Retail and Commerce strategy and rollout
    -Be the ambassador of our key Retail and Commerce products, drive the agenda, and lead the conversation with senior client executives around innovative sales opportunities
    -Take joy in developing and maintaining a broad network of flagship customers across i.e. Retail, Telco, Big Tech, Media and e-com
    -Create customized and well-structured proposals for clients leveraging the Global network of Services product and consulting experts
    -Partner with local project teams to ensure post-sale project implementation quality and identify potential follow-up sales opportunities
    -Play a key role in creating awareness of Services Retail and Commerce products by organizing events, build thought leadership and host clients at Priceless activities

    • Deliver the services revenues target for the R&C segment in the market

    All About You:

    -Experience from a top-rated Retail and Commerce, Consulting or Digital firm desirable, as is payments/banking expertise, but not a must
    -Entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, self-starter and strong commercial sense
    -Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Italian
    -Ability to multi-task independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    -Undergraduate degree is a plus
