    Position summary

    jective is to drive portfolio performance by leveraging advanced analytics & best practices to prioritize and accelerate opportunity conversion at scale

    This position will play a key role in championing specific strategic opportunities and challenges requiring a global and coordinated response. As a result, this role will have visibility across the organization and to senior management as global action plans are identified. Acting as a strong project leader, the responsibilities are, but not limited to:
    • Work as a key Global Portfolio Optimization lead to drive cross-functional work streams to identify appropriate action plans. This includes:
    oIdentification & Coordination of key stakeholders and the engagement of cross geo/functional teams to ensure effective development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
    oCoordinate within GPO team members to drive/ensure proper alignment and acceleration of prioritized initiatives
    oSizing and identification of impact to the business
    oDevelopment of recommendations and action plans
    oDrive team to implementation
    oCreation and monitoring of KPIs
    • Drive prioritized strategic initiatives, participate on various work streams as championed by key stakeholders;
    • In partnership with the Advanced Analytics team, identify issues that impact overall portfolio performance, spend and revenue on a global basis
    • Provide overall analytical & program management assistance in the development & through execution of initiatives as needed
    • Assist in the facilitation of best practices across the portfolio optimization community
    • Assist in the internal communications of strategic initiatives and progress through day-to-day interactions, monthly newsletter content and progress reporting

    Experience Required:
    • Knowledge of the card payments industry is strongly encouraged, MC experience strongly preferred (D&S, Product Management)

    • Ideal profile/Experience: Consulting experience, Product/Program Management, Strategy Development & Tactical Implementation/Coordination.
      • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to identify key issues, structure analysis and synthesize large amounts of data and provide recommendations effectively.
      • Cross-functional team leadership with experience managing multiple complex projects concurrently and delivering timely results/impact under tight timelines
      • Aptitude in facilitating dialog and information sharing, challenging and guiding thinking, and influencing
      • Excellent at building rapport and developing relationships with key constituents
      • Ability to influence and act as a change agent; promoting Portfolio Optimization agenda and priorities
