Overview:
Lead the payroll delivery for the GBSC P&C organization delivering transaction excellence and "priceless" customer service, creating value and contributing to the overall business impact of MasterCard's multi-function GBSC.
Role:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the team responsible for payroll and benefits administration within the countries in your portfolio
• Ensure key performance indicators are met and/or exceeded to deliver excellent results for the Region
• Ensure the SOX controls and business continuity efforts for the Region are adhered to and lead internal and external audits for Latin america
• Lead and inspire the team to deliver on project and business goals and deliver a priceless employee experience and develop talented individuals who can move onto other HR roles or roles within the business
• Visualize, communicate and oversee process changes within your country portfolio introducing and fostering an environment of continuous process improvement
• Resolve vendor management issues timely to leverage strong service within your country portfolio
• Support acquisition integrations and new country expansion throughout the region from initiation through implementation.
• Strong knowledge in Latin America Payroll Processing with a external vendor focus on Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Peru and Ecuador
• Payroll Global Vendor management such as ADP & Dayforce
• Strong knowledge in labor laws and payroll tax compliance for the region.
All About You:
Significant experience in payroll operations
Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience with a major concentration in Business, Finance, Tax and/or Human Resources
Excellent English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across a global organization at multiple levels and business units.
Ability to be flexible in a fast paced, deadline focused, changing environment.
Strong client services mentality and able to develop strong working relationships with your team, internal partners, and vendors to deliver a high-quality service
Demonstrated leadership in complex situations and is viewed as a credible subject matter expert to all levels of senior management
Solid project management experience inclusive of process design and system optimization
Deep understanding and use of key technologies that drive automation and efficiency
