    Position summary

    within Mastercard's Salesforce Ecosystem. The Lead PM-T will be responsible for ensuring and driving success and the best customer experience of the product and its subsequent capabilities. This role will work closely with the development team to decompose bodies of work (epics and features) into stories and prioritize the backlog for the development teams consumption, while also doing some discovery in partnership with business stakeholders to drive the future of the platform.
    2. About You
    a. Self-motivated individual with a passion for building products
    b. Empathetic of the end user and obsessed with the customer/end-user experience
    c. Able to evangelize ideas and translate those concepts into technical specifications as well as translate technical concepts into lay-terminologies that non-technical users can understand.
    3. Role
    a. Stakeholder management experience required. Needs to be able to lead and influence without managing others.
    b. Needs to be able to effectively negotiates product and feature capabilities in the best interest of the product and its lifecycle.
    c. Salesforce experience required. Needs to be adept at understanding the limits and capabilities of the platform and solution business problems by creating unique products, flows and capabilities within the platform.
    d. Required experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and decomposing features.
    e. Needs to maintain and drive the product roadmap in accordance with stakeholder expectations.
    f. Needs to be experienced in gathering requirements and mapping out the user journey throughout the product.
    Needs to be experienced at writing and maintaining technical documentation as well as customer/end user communications.
