    Position summary

ity APIs, the engineers create low-touch solutions that take the burden of getting access to account and transaction information, analytics and empowering accounting / e-commerce for customers that want to spend their efforts building great products that leverage the full potential of the open banking standard.

    Role:
Open Banking engineers work at the bleeding edge of the account information technologies, often solving problems that are yet to be tackled within the industry in areas of API security, data accessibility, processing, and analysis. You will be joining a group of highly skilled individuals working together as a team to push the limits of what is possible to achieve with open banking payments.

You will have many colleagues around different countries, with your nearest peers being located primarily in Poland, Denmark, Ireland, and the UK.

    About you:
We are looking for motivated individuals that are looking to be a part of an established division comprised of both industry veterans as well as newcomers. What they all have in common is the understanding that in order to achieve great things, being able to work together as a team is a must.

It is likely that, in your current occupation, you are the person your colleagues seek out for answers and designs. You are the one that is driving progress and innovation in a pragmatic manner, always looking to push the envelope of what is possible.

You will be spending your time across the Microsoft domain, meaning APIs built in C# with ASP.NET (alternatively Java Springboot) deployed to the cloud (Azure/AWS). Very deep knowledge of at least some of these areas is a requirement. However, we believe that learning is a part of the job, so even if you are maybe stronger in some aspects than the others, we encourage you to apply regardless.

Beyond that, it is expected that you have experience building and designing scalable and performant software using modern development standards, meaning it should not come as a surprise that we utilise all the tools at our disposal from standard ticketing systems (Azure DevOps / Jira), VCS, test automation, to CI/CD pipelines.

Additionally, if you have experience with provisioning infrastructure as code (Terraform), deploying to a multi-cloud environment, as well as interest in computer security it would be a great benefit. Prior experience from working in closely regulated industries (financial, medical, etc.) or areas that deal with handling personal information is welcome, but not required.

Note that we are at the moment looking for lead engineers across various projects in the Data Division, so if you for example have deep experience with full stack development adding Angular/React to the portfolio, we would love to hear from you as well!

And above all, we hope that you love solving problems!
