As a Lead Technical Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional engineering initiatives that support Mastercard's analytics platforms and data infrastructure. You will manage program strategy, execution, and delivery across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Own the planning and delivery of engineering programs focused on data platforms, ingestion pipelines, and analytics infrastructure.
Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define goals, success metrics, and architectural implications.
Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across teams, resolving blockers and ensuring program health.
Drive vendor engagement and integration efforts, including roadmap alignment and performance tracking.
Champion continuous improvement across engineering processes and delivery frameworks.
Provide technical and business context to engineering teams to support informed decision-making.
Represent programs to senior leadership, synthesizing progress, risks, and strategic implications.
Mentor and coach TPMs and engineering leads, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence.
Qualifications
Proven experience leading large-scale technical programs in data engineering or analytics.
Deep understanding of ETL pipelines, data delivery frameworks, and data governance.
Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
Expertise in SQL, data visualization, and data quality management.
Exceptional communication skills across technical and executive audiences.
Experience mentoring program managers and engineering leads.
Ability to manage short-term priorities and long-term initiatives in dynamic environments.
