Overview
The Mastercard Payment Gateway Service team is looking for a Lead Program Manager to provide the glue that links all teams in the program together, driving success as well as relentless improvement. The ideal candidate is positive, passionate, highly motivated, relationship builder, intellectually curious, analytical and possesses a financial mindset.
Role
In this key strategic position, responsibilities will include:
• Partnering with Finance and collaborating with the leadership team to manage the program's budget, ensuring accruals are processed monthly and actuals are in line with forecasts
• Manage relationships with all vendors, leading RFPs, creating and progressing Statements of Work, raising invoices, following up on payments and leading regular monthly reviews with vendors ensuring all vendor commitments are met.
• Drive the execution of key strategic initiatives that may span multiple teams and integrations, reporting meaningful status along the way.
• Manage the resource capacity of the program, facilitating the approval of new requisitions as well as providing analysis on resource gaps
• Facilitate program events including Town Halls and PI Planning
• Using the tools available (eg Rally/Domo), provide data driven analysis on the program's performance to the roadmap and program objectives.

• Experience of managing program budgets with an eye for numbers and detail
• Relationship builder that can partner with and influence vendors/teams while commanding the respect of the individuals across the organization.
• Ability to operate with independence and autonomy
• Prepare concise presentations to audiences including senior leadership
• Strong communication skills to be able to address executives, peers, and staff with impact, eloquence, and authenticity
• Track record of providing data driven analysis and proposals to assist decision making
• Knowledge of SAFe practices and have worked in large-scale global team environments.
• Thrives in an agile environment focused on continuous improvement.
• Ability to facilitate meetings/calls involving large audiences
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
• Positive, motivated and enthusiastic team player
