Liaise between product and technical teams for the purpose of ensuring technical teams have sufficient information to complete design, coding, testing, and implementation phases of the project life cycle. Partner with other internal teams to create and ensure new business opportunities and enhancements to existing products are communicated quickly and accurately to external customers
All About You
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education required; PMP certification preferred.
• Experience: Proven expertise in strategy, planning, and project management across various methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, SAFe).
• Communication: Strong, clear, and precise written and verbal communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Mastercard and the card payments industry is a plus.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and negotiation skills; adaptable to change with a track record of building internal and external relationships.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, negotiation and communication skills (Both verbal and written)
• Experience working on high profile and multiyear projects
• Keeps abreast of evolving technology landscape. Can ask the right questions to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of designs (scalability, latency, security, performance, data integrity, etc.)
• Works with ambiguity and with limited guidance. The business outcome, program, and/or product strategy is defined, but nothing else is. Able to get the inertia out and the project in motion or able to get the entropy out and the project into a calm and predictable delivery pattern
• Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility ensuring your program stays aligned with organization objectives
