    Position summary

    Responsibilities
    • Contributes to the achievement of sales and net revenue targets
    • Designs strategies, messaging and proposals for customers
    • Analyzes the customer's business through profitability modeling financial forecasting and competitive analysis
    • Develops and implements sales plans including business development, marketing and product management
    • Supports the management key customer relationships at manager levels
    • Collaborates with the account team and customers to plan, execute and monitor progress against annual business plans
    • Assists in local projects and cross-functional initiatives

    All About You:
    • Excellent analytical skills (e.g., cards P&L analysis, financial forecasting, competitive analysis)
    • Strong presentation skills, written and oral (English and Arabic)
    • Proven ability to develop business relationships at all levels
    • Results-oriented and customer-focused
    • Strong Sales / Business Development / Relationship Management background.
    • Excellent problem solving and business acumen
    • Selling Skills with ability to initiate, pursue and close a sale, as well as strong influencing and negotiation skills
    • Master's degree/MBA preferred
    • Proven track record of project management capabilities;
    • Team-player with strong collaborations skills.
    • in-depth knowledge of Mastercard's core products, rules, and services
    • Libya Market knowledge
    • Experience in issuing and acquiring business.
