This individual will bring experience in people analytics, the HR functional domain, and program management to enable data-driven decisions about talent at Mastercard. You will have responsibility for consulting with business leaders to understand their unique needs and provide data and insights to support decision making. Role
• Partners closely with business leaders to provide strategic decision support through data and analytics
• Applies knowledge in quantitative and qualitative analysis as well as data visualization to surface clear and compelling narratives that inform the strategies of the Region
• Influences the development of actionable KPIs that drive business decisions and inform executive management and other key constituents
• Provides thought leadership to convert inputs from stakeholder teams into creative, scalable solutions
• Sees beyond requestors' asks to understand the root query or challenge for which data and analytics are being sought
• Provides program management support for performance management, talent reviews, and other key activities as warranted
• Collaborates with data engineering and visualization resources to access and manipulate data, explain data requirements, and surface findings via cutting-edge visualizations and dashboards
• Demonstrates exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data
• Primary focus will be the Americas Region, but additional support may be required beyond this occasionally for other Regions & Business Units as part of cross-Regional/Business Unit support model
• Defines, validates, and enforces HR data integrity in collaboration with HR systems teams

• Experience in working with organizational data

Desirable
• Experience using HRIS tools (Workday preferred)
• Experience in relationship building across large scale organizations
• Experience managing and analyzing structured and unstructured data using tools such as SQL, R, or Python
• Familiarity with ETL tool capabilities and utility (e.g., Alteryx, Informatica)
• Experience in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, and Domo preferred)
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Management, Analytics, or a related discipline
