    Role

    We are currently seeking a Product Manager, Loyalty Products to join our product organization and be accountable for building a world-class loyalty platform. The ideal candidate will obsess on delivering on our vision for a next generation loyalty and personalized engagement platform. This leader will focus on SessionM Loyalty Platform, including loyalty rule engine, tiers and point management delivering next generation loyalty experiences.

    As Product Manager, Loyalty Products, you will develop product vision, strategy and roadmap for the platform but also execute to deliver results. This is achieved by working in close collaboration with other product managers, sales, go to market, delivery and engineering.

    • Own and define the product strategy and roadmap to achieve revenue and growth objectives for the product(s).
    • Deliver value to the end customer while meeting business objectives for the product line through the execution of key projects and initiatives.
    • Lead the scoring and prioritization of features, manage the product backlog, and oversee the roadmap.
    • Conduct market research to assess the competitive landscape and identify opportunities, trends, and potential threats.
    • Develop platform strategy and roadmap aligned with revenue and growth goals for the product lines.
    • Organize collections and initiatives to meet platform objectives and enhance customer value.
    • Collaborate with product managers and internal teams to identify unmet needs and pain points across the platform.
    • Partner with UX teams to streamline and improve the user experience across products.
    • Work alongside architecture and engineering teams to plan and implement the roadmap and backlog.
    • Apply PM frameworks and processes to define functional and technical requirements for engineering.
    • Oversee roadmap execution to ensure the delivery of customer value and business results.

    All About You

    • Extensive experience in product management within a high-growth SaaS platform environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead cross-functional and technical teams effectively.
    • Deep empathy for customers, with a commitment to understanding and advocating for their needs.
    • Experience managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through deployment and maintenance.
    • Passion for operational excellence, with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • A sense of urgency and a commitment to follow through on initiatives.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.

    In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
