Overview:
Our mission in Mastercard Commercial Solutions team is to power business and trade for organizations everywhere. The Product Manager for Documentation and Training will work in close partnership with Product Owners and other cross functional teams to deliver release and implementation documentation as well as training materials and training sessions in support of new product offerings to our commercial customers.

Role:
• Partner with product owners to understand enhancements and their associated timelines
• Maintain currently published implementation documentation, e-learning tutorials, editing as required to keep content current as enhancements roll out
• Manage product training needs for new or modified functionality
• Develop training and communication plans in partnership with product owners for all major initiatives and facilitate regular reviews
• Assist in developing and maintaining body of curriculum for regional trainer onboarding and development
• Facilitate onboarding training of regional trainers
• Support regional trainers through coaching, feedback, and ongoing development
• Create instructional goals and create compelling content that achieves goal
• Facilitate customer-facing training sessions (as back-up / as model for regional trainers)
All About You:
• Strong product management skills with an understanding of the content creation lifecycle
• Experienced, engaging facilitator
• Ability to coach others on adult learning theory and effective facilitation principles
• Proven expertise applying ADDIE instructional design methodology and excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
• Experience in creating storyboards and audio/video scripts
• Ability to collaborate with peers and cross functional teams, working across multiple time zones
• Flexible and responsive, with ability to adapt to rapid change in direction or business priority
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
