    The Data & Services organization is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.

    Within Data & Services, the Marketing Services business is a product-centric organization focused on developing, commercializing and enhancing differentiated offerings that leverage data and marketing technology to accelerate clients' marketing performance and business outcomes.

    We are looking for passionate and talented professionals, who share our vision for data-driven marketing products to join us and take a leading role in shaping the growth of our team.

    Role
    As a Manager, Measurement Insights & Enablement you will:

    • Develop analytical frameworks and objective measurement strategies for marketing products & services
    • Build out and support processes to triage Marketing Services projects through the measurement pipeline
    • Support and manage relationships with Client Services and project management teams
    • Develop analytical frameworks and objective measurement strategies for marketing products & services
    • Measure impact of marketing engagements leveraging range of data science techniques
    • Identify opportunities to scale volume of measurement execution for marketing engagements via automation models, building dashboards, etc.
    • Communicate key insights from analyses, experiments, and data products to stakeholders
    • Share data-driven best practices to optimize future marketing engagements

    All About You
    • Strong understanding and fluency in marketing sciences: proven ability to leverage technical expertise to optimize business performance
    • Demonstrated track record of applying analytics and data to develop marketing insights and campaign strategy
    • Advanced skills in Excel is essential, additional skills in SQL and Python is beneficial
    • Excellent communication & influencing skills - proven track record of driving adoption of data-driven recommendations and articulating technical outputs to non-technical audiences
    • Collaborative & highly relationship-oriented
    • Strong Project Management skills
    • Global mindset - ability to be an effective & empathetic partner across regions/cultures
