    Roles and Responsibilities

    Within the customer success team, the Program Management role will manage multiple projects, providing efficient and effective coordination of a complex range of activities by clearly defining project team and stakeholder roles and responsibilities that are aligned with the delivery of the expected benefits. You will ensure effective identification of risks and pro-active solutioning to mitigate risks and impact on timelines.

    Manage deliverable development and workstreams on multiple large, complex high-value projects across a range of industries, problem statements, and cultures.
    Define scope, timelines, benefit, and risk analyses.
    Report on issues, risks, progress, and timelines and summarize effectively, offering analysis, options, and credible solutions.
    Manage working relationship with customers and act as trusted and reliable partner.

    About you

    • Experience in managing complex IT projects with multiple stakeholders.
    • A background in the Payments industry or technical fields is advantageous.
    • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead discussions and influence business decisions.
    • Excellent IT project management abilities, with a track record of leading and executing detailed, time-sensitive initiatives in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
    • Skilled in interfacing and cooperating seamlessly with global teams, with the flexibility to adapt to international time zones when necessary. Experience working abroad or in multicultural teams is a plus.
