    Position summary

    Role:

    Account Management Support:
    -Serve as a key point of contact for account management for current partners and support new initiatives aligned to client needs and strategy.
    -Build and maintain strong relationships with fintech partners and account understanding their business models and aligning Mastercard's offerings to drive mutual success.

    Data Analysis and Reporting:
    -Conduct data-driven analyses to monitor account performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
    -Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help clients understand key performance metrics and progress toward goals.
    -Provide insights into areas such as transaction volume, growth opportunities, and potential risks.
    Operational Case Management and Billing Support:
    -Manage and follow up on operational cases, resolving issues related to transaction processing, data discrepancies, and service delivery.
    -Ensure timely and accurate resolution of cases, coordinating with internal teams such as Operations and Technical Support to address client needs.
    -Oversee billing events, ensuring accurate invoicing, addressing discrepancies, and assisting fintech partners with billing inquiries.
    -Monitor billing cycles, proactively addressing issues to avoid client escalations and maintain strong client relationships.
    Strategic Planning and Support:
    -Collaborate on strategic initiatives that enhance Mastercard's value proposition for fintech clients.
    -Assist in developing account plans that align with both Mastercard's objectives and fintech clients' growth strategies.
    -Track market trends and emerging fintech opportunities to help shape Mastercard's partnerships and offerings.

    Cross-functional Collaboration:
    -Work closely with internal teams, including Data Science, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, to ensure seamless service delivery to fintech partners.
    -Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive project completion and achieve business outcomes.
    Innovation and Problem-Solving:
    -Proactively identify process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance service and support for fintech accounts.
    -Leverage Mastercard's technology and data capabilities to deliver unique, tailored insights to fintech clients.

    All About You:
    -Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
    -3+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, data analysis, or a similar industry.
    -Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven analysis and reporting.
    -Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate data into actionable insights.
    -Familiarity with payment processing, digital payments, or fintech business models.
    -Experience in operational case management and billing process support is highly desirable.
    -Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
    -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities.
