    The Finance Business Partner role assists on financial planning, operating performance, monthly close and management reporting for the business units. The role also partners with the business for development of strategy and plays an integral role in execution as well as tracking of strategic plans/projects/product launches/pricing/etc.

    Role Overview
    Development of materials to manage all aspects of financial planning and forecasting from a country, product, business unit perspective at the regional level
    Provides financial insights to leadership and supports driving and execution of strategy by applying an understanding of key drivers, pricing, and products; highlights areas of risks & opportunities and makes recommendations on resolutions
    Collaborates in the process of month end financial close in partnership with the business, Controllership group and Global Business Shared Service teams
    Embodies the Leading Beyond Finance initiative by running and maintaining business models to analyze performance and business opportunities
    Partners with the businesses in supporting strategic growth plans both near and long term, assisting with business case modelling and providing thought leadership
    Proactively drives and implements continuous process improvement activities and supports maintaining a strong control environment

    Skills Required
    A proven track record of accomplishments (Cards/Payments industry a plus but not required)
    Demonstrated thought leadership with the ability to translate raw data into meaningful information and to present complex information in a concise professional manner for senior management review.
    Advanced modeling and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)
    Comfortable with occasional ambiguity and able to make calculated decisions with limited data.
    Excellent project management, follow-up and organizational skills.
    Strong prioritization skills to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
    Ability to handle confidential information and materials with appropriate discretion.
    Strong verbal and written communication skills
    Comfortable interacting with all levels of management
    Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related discipline, MBA Preferred (preferably in Finance/General Management)
