The Advisors & Consulting Services group has five specializations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Our Strategy & Transformation consultants lead clients through impactful decision-making as they tackle strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational business challenges. They apply a broad set of problem-solving techniques to improve the client's overall strategy, performance, and operations.

Roles and Responsibilities
Stay abreast of best practices and market trends in financial services operational capabilities
Analyze and align between business objectives and operational capabilities (process, technology, business needs and risk management)
Analyze data, trends and processes to identify areas of improvements in financial services/ banks operational process, risk and technology capabilities for informed decision-making
Interpret business needs and convert them into functional requirements as well as business process improvement for implementation
Manage timeline, deliverable development and workstreams on projects across a range of financial services/ banks operational excellence initiatives and problem statements
Contribute to and/or develop operational capabilities design, business requirements and process re-engineering for large, regional, and global clients/ internal client by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value
Manage working relationship with client managers, and act as trusted and reliable partner
Key qualifications:
Undergraduate degree with work experience in operational excellence consulting or business analyst in banks, and operational process re-engineering for financial services industry/ banks
Experience in financial services/ banks card operations - authorization, settlement, clearing and chargeback processes, technology requirements as well as capabilities
Experience managing clients and internal stakeholders
Logical, structured thinking, and affinity for numerical analysis
Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and prioritize activities/task to ensure timely delivery
Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language, with good presentation skills both in terms of presentation building and delivering presentations
Preferred qualifications
Relevant knowledge on local market operational requirements, such as cards domestic transaction processing,
Understanding of operation and operation risk requirements driven by government regulations will be a plus
Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment with third parties
Experience coaching junior delivery consultants
