    Position summary

    ise Operations team, which is part of Mastercard's Technology organization, is looking for a Senior Enterprise Operations Engineer to help deploy, integrate, and support Microsoft M365 application platforms with consistent innovation and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about GenAI, Data Security, and Data Privacy.
    Role
    This is a Senior IT Engineering role with the following attributes:
    • Challenging and rewarding opportunity to support Mastercard's Microsoft software platform initiatives within the GenAI & Modern Messaging team
    • Work with GenAI Technology, and M365 software platforms (Copilot, Viva, Power Platform, Sharepoint, PowerBI, and Teams)
    • Provide M365 platform support to End Users, Technology Adoption, Change Management, and Internal Communication teams
    • Work with GenAI Technology lead supporting End Users, Technology Adoption, Change Management, and Internal Communication teams
    • Will be responsible for working with Messaging and Email leads supporting End Users, Technology Adoption, Change Management, Internal Communication, and M&A teams

    All About You
    The ideal candidate for this position should:
    • Have a basic understanding of Generative AI , and LLM Technology
    • Have a basic understanding of M365 Copilot
    • Be capable of developing and documenting use cases
    • Be skilled at explaining technical problems and solutions succinctly and clearly
    • Demonstrate experience with M365 Platforms -
    oMicrosoft Sharepoint
    oMicrosoft Viva Platform Tools
    oMicrosoft Power Platform
    oMicrosoft Teams
    oMicrosoft PowerBI
    • Have strong data security background
