    Overview
    The Global Business Service Center team is looking for a Senior Specialist, Consumer Marketing to partner with Global Consumer Marketing and Priceless Platform team to support content management and merchandising activities. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with customers, consumer experience journey, highly motivated, self-starter, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
    Role
    In this position, you will:
    • Own activities related to content entry and upload into various platforms for presentment, including customer platforms or non-marketing platforms integrated with Priceless.com.
    • Consistently update content on Priceless.com across each market, merchandising each market's homepage to feature newest/most relevant products, and what is relevant for the specific country.
    • Become proficient in the technology capabilities of the Priceless Platform to develop and present solutions to meet customer needs.
    • Work with the Global and Regional marketing teams to ensure sponsorship and experience strategies are fully integrated and cohesive.
    • Collaborate with Global Consumer Marketing & Sponsorships to ensure that the platforms align with brand. strategy and meets the organization's standards.
    • Support fulfillment activities, including reporting, funds distribution, refunds/chargebacks, and customer service for experiences purchased through Priceless.com.
    • Tracks processes and metrics, providing reporting and readouts for KPIs focused on performance, impact, and value-add initiatives.
    • Collaborate with various internal teams (marketing/sales, loyalty, fulfillment, market partners, and accounting) to ensure seamless delivery and execution.
    All About You
    The ideal candidate for this position should:
    • In-depth knowledge of content strategy and marketing best practices.
    • Have proven experience with Content Management Systems.
    • Have experience in the platform admin tools building content, cobranded pages, merchandise, or troubleshooting.
    • Have a willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services.
    • Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
    • Possess excellent communication (written, oral and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
    • Possess a strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a well-defined work ethic.
    • Possess a sense of urgency and a customer service focus.
    • Have knowledge in Microsoft software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
