Overview:
The Creative Content Designer is a key role within Foundry and is focused on creating transformational visuals across strategic business areas in the EEMEA region.
The ideal candidate is an individual with strong functional design skills with a passion for storytelling through motion and digital design. This role blends motion graphics, short-form video editing, and light UI prototyping to support product demos, internal events, and pitch presentations.
What You'll Do:
• Create engaging short product demo videos and feature showcases
• Design motion graphics for product promotions, internal campaigns, and social content
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop compelling visual narratives
• Support UI/UX teams with Figma-based prototypes and design assets
• Contribute to new product concept visualizations and client pitch decks
What You Bring:
• 3-5 years of experience in multimedia design, video production, or motion graphics
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) or equivalent tools
• Experience with motion design principles and storytelling through video
• Working knowledge of Figma (creating or modifying prototypes)
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both video/motion work and interface design support
Bonus:
• Experience in tech, SaaS, or startup environments
• Familiarity with audio design/editing for video content
