    Position summary

    volume, real time decision processing platform which leverages business rules and dynamic AI models to protect Mastercard's network against Fraudulent activities. Processing up to a billion transactions in a single day, the DMP platform is one of the highest volume technology platforms in the tech industry (Twice as many transactions as there are "tweets" in a day). We're looking for high energy, passionate individuals who want to be part of a fast-growing technology program focused on delivering high quality products at scale to prevent payments Fraud across the globe. As the User Experience team, we are responsible for the UX Strategy and Design for the B2B products that enable external customers to manage fraud and dispute.

    Do you have

    • A concrete mastery of articulating design decisions to business and engineering partners.

    Your role

    • Engage in about 40% UX -Strategy & Research, 60% UX- Analysis & Design.
    • Drive user-centric product design from ideation to implementation using Design Thinking and Agile methodologies.
    • Plan, recruit, facilitate and analyze direct and remote quantitative and qualitative research to understand the wholistic needs of our B2B users.
    • Collaborate closely with Stakeholders such as Product Owners, Business and Systems Analysts, and other Designers in an Agile environment to create a Priceless®, Mastercard-Good Experience for our user and stakeholder alike.
    • Compose written and visual artifacts to present evidence-based recommendations to all parties.
    • Deliverables include but are not limited to Personas, Journey maps, flowcharts, wireframes, sketches, prototypes, etc.
    • Inform the consistency of the overall User Experience while ensuring the reusability of shared components.
    • Advocate for close feedback loop and iterative delivery of value to the end-user.

    Experience

    • Advance understanding of Design Thinking methodologies and related tools and processes.
    • Prior Exposure to Agile Framework and related tools and processes.
    • Advance oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong sense of time management in dealing with multiple projects and tight timelines.
    • Have a design portfolio with emphasis on research and process.
    • Demonstrable experience with Figma, FigJam, ALM Rally, JIRA, Wevo, MS-Teams/Sharepoint, DOMO.
    • Knowledge and experience with SAFe Agile.
    • Background in Data visualization and Dashboard Design.
    • Bonus: Certification in any of the above.
