    Role:
    • Support new product innovation and investments allocation through:
    • Program governance including program scorecard design/tracking & co-founder support
    • Investment optimization & management
    • Studio/Foundry/Startpath engagement, governance & compliance.
    • Bring CNPF input to Global process and framework to drive improvements
    • Ensure adoption of Studio across Product teams - providing process guidance to the teams as needed
    • Own and update CNPF studio time-line inventory, lessons learned, post-mortem analysis, etc.
    • Catalog data integrity, governance and compliance

    All About You
    • Experience supporting standardized program frameworks and governance processes
    • Strong analytical skills with ability to turn insights into simple, actionable steps
    • Exposure to commercial solutions (e.g., PJ solutions, fleet, travel, transfer solutions)
    • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English, with confidence to interact with global stakeholders
    • Collaborative, organized, and proactive profile - comfortable following up, building relationships, and engaging with multiple teams
    • Availability to work onsite in the São Paulo office 3x per week
