ffectively with speed, quality, and predictability. TPI is responsible for assessing new products and enhancements to equip Customer Delivery to support and scale projects from customer onboarding, testing, launch, and transition to BAU.
TPI at its core is a technical team having development experience with the following remit:
oResponsible for educating and supporting new and existing customers on the integration aspect of Security Solutions product implementations including consultancy, training, testing, and customized production configurations.
oPartners with Global Product, Customer Delivery and Engineering team providing technical, support and product expertise to customers throughout the lifecycle of the product: from concept to build to market test to launch evolving / enhancing the product.
oDefines requirements for new [or enhancements to existing] onboarding and troubleshooting tools, adhering to standards, processes, and best practices.
Responsibilities
oPartner with development teams in enhancing software through programming in Java, unit testing, implementation, documenting and delivery of software solutions with a focus on seamless customer integration.
oProvide technical leadership to software engineers.
oManage and troubleshoot customer integrations during implementation.
oProvide product technical training to cross-functional internal cross-functional teams.

All About You
o5+ years of experience in the software engineering field.
oGood understanding and knowledge of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies is required.
oDeep understanding of web technologies, web services and micro services
oDeep understanding of web application infrastructure including network, servers, and load balancers.
oWorking exposure to unix-based systems in required.
oWorking knowledge of SQL, PL SQL and Oracle.
oWorking knowledge of rest services is preferred.
oWorking knowledge of cloud-based application development like PCF or AWS is required.
oWorking knowledge of web development and technologies.
oMust be high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to function under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
oStrong verbal and written communication skills
oCan quickly learn and implement new technologies, application appropriate frameworks and tools.
oKnowledge of payment domain esp. card payments domain is preferred.
oDevelopment experience on Android and/or IOS platform will be preferred.
oExceptional attention to detail.
oAbility to comprehend and apply complex concepts and technologies.
