    Position summary

    ies:**

    • Reconcile monthly brokerage fees across multiple counterparties and systems.

    • Validate invoices against trade activity and Docs agreements; flag and resolve discrepancies.

    • Support AP/AR processes, ensuring timely billing, collections, and payment processing related to brokerage fees.

    • Work closely with Clearing, trading desk, and accounting to ensure accurate fee allocation and accruals.

    • Participate in audits and internal reviews as needed.

    • Continuously improve reconciliation processes and help implement best practices.

    Qualifications/Skills:

    • Strong experience in FIA Docs system, GPS and Atlantis.

    • Strong Operational trade cycle and brokerage payment cycle knowledge will be helpful.

    • Proven skills in extending professional service to our clients and taking ownership of issues.

    • Excellent follow-through, attention to detail and interpersonal skills to communicate across multiple aspects of the organization at various senior levels is required.

    • Dynamic & proactive team player with the ability to identify process inefficiencies to improve capacity, efficiency and control.

    • Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure.

    • Strong time management skills required to meet time critical deadlines and priorities.

    • Superior organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

    • Self-starter with a proven ability to take initiative.

    • Strong work ethic and the ability to quickly build credibility and gain confidence of others.

    • Team oriented with strong integrity and professionalism.

    The expected base salary ranges from $91k-$150k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
