• Preparation of transaction documentation including engagement letters, process letters, flyers, information memorandums, management presentations, scheme booklets and Target's Statements etc

• Actively participating in transaction team, including liaising and working effectively with other team and overseas offices

• Play a key role in transaction execution by coordinating project workflows, managing due diligence processes and supporting senior bankers through each deal stage

• Assist and support senior bankers in the origination and management of client relationships by preparing marketing materials and contributing to business development initiatives

• Preparation and upkeep of market research and key databases, including gathering data on industry trends, competitors and macroeconomic factors

• Assist in general project management, including the management of data rooms and engagement with various stakeholders and c-suite executives

Qualifications and Experience
