Screening Systems Modernization Engineer

• Ensure screening platforms meet AML, KYC, and sanctions compliance requirements
• Work with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to align technology capabilities with regulatory needs
• Provide technical leadership in system upgrades, API integrations, and data pipeline enhancements
• Mentor engineering teams on best practices in screening technology deployment
• Support vendor evaluations and contribute to platform selection decisions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with compliance screening technologies including FIRCO, Prime Compliance Manager, and Quantexa
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms (Azure strongly preferred) and hybrid deployment models
• Strong programming and scripting skills for system integration and automation
• Experience with data platforms such as DataBricks and Snowflake
• Deep understanding of financial services compliance requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Cloud architecture certifications (Azure strongly preferred)
• Experience with regulatory reporting systems and API management
• Background in system performance tuning and data quality assurance

The expected base salary ranges from $112k-$175k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
