We are looking for an Agile Coach to join our Center of Expertise (CoE). The CoEhas a mandate of driving up the quality and value of software delivery and implementation across the enterprise. The CoE will contain experts in agile,software engineering, test automation, technical training, development tooling and metrics management.
Youwill report to theAgile & Metrics Leader. You will be responsibleforguidingthe organizationthrough the agile journey by providingtraining, coaching,andhands-on facilitation for productsownersand teams.Candidatemustbe an agile expert, practitioner,and experienced coach.We expect theCoE teamto drive success across our developmentorganizationsthrough a combination of coaching, best practice development, metrics trackingand direct assistance.

Work with the Agile & Metrics Leaderto actively contribute tobuilding an enterprise-wideAgileCoE.
Contribute in establishing Agileprocesses,practices, tools and metrics for successfuladoption of Agile by the development teams across MMC organization.
Improvestandardizedmetricsand efficacyat the team, business unit or enterprise level.
Coach and support Product Owner on Agile practices.
Coach and guide teams on Agile practices & andprovide feedbackfor improving them.
Buildtrainingprograms for variousIT and businessroles to take them through the Agile journey.
Prepare multiple training delivery approaches, including train the trainer, self-guided and traditional training models.
Help create standardAgiletools, dashboards, templates for IT and Business leaders to get insightful reports,measures and early identification of risks/issue.
Designs optimal solutions and prevents distractions that interfere with the team's ability to deliver the sprint goals.
Empower and support self-management, self-organization, respect and sustainability in teams.
Promote collaboration between many self-managing, self-organizing, cross-functional development teams.
Facilitatemethods for the team to seek higher productivity levels.
Gather feedback, work to remove obstaclesand continuously improve quality and delivery.
What you need to have:
Agile coaching experiencehelping teams adopt Agile and overcome obstacles, ideally during anAgile software development transformation journey in a largeorganization.They must be able to engage withdevelopmentteams andstakeholders, understandingthechallenges and needs all and helping them to find the path to success through sincere, passionate and effective coaching.
Must haves:
Minimum 1 year experience as a Scrum Master.
Minimum 3 years' experience as Agile Team Coach, simultaneously coaching multiple teams.
Minimum8 years' experience in Information Technology.
Knowledge of Agile approaches Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
Experience in producing tangible results through baselining and monitoring key metrics.
Strong skills in facilitation, continuous improvement, empowerment and transparency.
Knowledge and experience with Agilesoftware developmenttechniques User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, Pairing, Agile Games, etc.
Experience with DevOps toolset for Continuous Integration and Continuous Testing.
Experience with electronic story boards and Wikis such as Jira / Trello / Confluence.
Whatmakesyou stand out:
Computing or similar engineering qualification to degree level.
Experience with Agile Coaching at scalei.e.10+ squads with comprehensive metrics across them.
Experience of working with Technology Leadership and Business Stakeholders
Combination of CSP (Scrum), KMP (Kanban) & ICP-ACC (ICAgile) Certification
