Salesforce Service Cloud Business Analyst
**What can you expect?**
- Salesforce Service Cloud Business Analyst who is having minimum of 5-6 years of experience with knowledge on Salesforce service cloud platform.
- Act as the primary point of contact to connect with business and gather requirements and translate into functional language
- Should have knowledge on salesforce administration activities
- Good presentation skills to define process flows and use cases
- Should have good interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and should possesses proactive attitude and a good team player
- Proficient on Service cloud features
- Understand the data/process to & from salesforce service cloud with back end systems
- Can design and solution end to end service cloud solution for global organization
- Possess Salesforce FSL knowledge
- Knowledge on multiple channels cases can be created. like SMS, website, portal, etc.
- Understand and document the cases routing procedures
- Good knowledge on Live Agent, Knowledge article, Communities, Chabot etc.

**What you need to have:**
- Minimum 5-6years of IT business analysis experience with minimum 4+ years in salesforce service cloud
- BE/ BTECH/ MCA/ M TECH
- Must Have Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud features
- Gather clear requirements from global stakeholders
- Good to have Sales cloud and any other cloud knowledge
- Team management experience
