Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in Thailand office: Business Development Executive (Japan Client Services)

We will count on you to:
Research and identify prospects that meet Marsh's ideal client profile.
- Set appointments and personally meet prospects and clients, conduct in-depth dialogue and develop positive business relationship built on mutual trust.
- Engage appropriate industry group and Marsh resources to offer best in class resources for each prospect.
- Create partnerships within Marsh to utilize appropriate resources for initial and ongoing prospect sales meetings and proposals.
- Confer with client service team (typically a Client Executive or Client Advisor) regarding prospective client's needs and pricing strategy.
- Meet prospect's needs by offering innovative solutions, resolving difficult risk issues, providing customer support and introducing Marsh resources as appropriate. Be able to prepare and present proposals demonstrating the above.
- Support sales efforts by adhering to department operations and providing timely and accurate prospects data in order to track and monitor activities for management reporting and sales forecasts.
- Keep up-to-date on prospects' current issues, research on new information relating to the prospects.
- Transition new accounts to the client-servicing teams seamlessly.
- Develop and maintain effective network within the business community and industries.
- Attend regularly and actively participates in scheduled office Sales meetings, seminars and events. Participate in sales training events and other professional development courses to enhance sales skills.
Create annual individual Business Development Plan.
What you need to have:
- Able to understand all lines of products and develop deep understanding of all Marsh's practices, solutions and services.
- Able to engage and prospect clients across all segmentations and effectively communicate with the C-Level executives
- Has presence and credibility in the local insurance and business community, especially Japanese Insurers.
- Has proven sales skills and track record.
