Ce que vous allez faire :
- Dvelopper et maintenir de bonnes relations avec les clients et tre la personne-ressource pour toutes questions lies aux avantages pour les clients.
- Dvelopper de bonnes relations avec les reprsentants des assureurs et assurer le lien avec les clients pour faciliter le traitement des activits.
- Mettre en uvre les projets des clients: travailler avec les clients et les assureurs dans la mise en uvre d'un nouveau plan ou pour le changement d'assureur, en vue de modifications de conception de plan ou autres alternatives. Soutenir ces interventions avec des initiatives de communication en temps opportun et de faon professionnelle.
- Organiser le dossier client, incluant: crer des rsums d'avantages et fichiers Excel de dduction salariale, s'assurer de l'exactitude des documents du plan avant de les envoyer aux clients, vrifier les donnes dmographiques des employs post et pr renouvellement, et rviser les factures.
Prrequis :
- Dtenir un minimum de cinq ans d'exprience dans le domaine de l'assurance collectives
- tre titulaire d'un permis en rgle de l'Autorit des Marchs Financiers en rgimes d'assurance collectives de personnes
- Avoir complter un DEC ou une AEC en assurances et services financiers (un atout)
- tre bilingue (franais et anglais)
- Matriser les logiciels Excel, Word, Outlook

MMA Vzina is currently looking for the ideal candidate for the Account Representative Group insurance position for our Montreal office located on avenue Pierre-De Coubertin, near the Olympic Stadium.

What you are going to do:
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with internal and external clients and be the contact person for all client benefit issues.
- Develop good relationships with insurer representatives and liaise with carriers to facilitate processing activities.
- Implement client projects: Work with clients and insurers in the implementation of a new plan or for a change of insurer, plan design changes or other modifications. Support these interventions with timely and professional communication initiatives.
- Organize the client file, including: create benefit summaries and Excel payroll deduction files, assure the accuracy of plan documents prior to sending them to clients, verify employee demographics pre and post renewal, and revise invoices.
Prerequisites:
- Have a minimum of five years experience in the group insurance field
- Hold a valid permit awarded by the Autorit des Marchs Financiers in group insurance plans
- Have completed a DEC or an AEC in insurance and financial services (an asset)
- Be bilingual (French and English)
- Be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook software
