**Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in our Dublin (please note this will be worked remotely until further notice due to current COVID restrictions):**
**Client Advisor Risk Management Team - Permanent**
What can you expect:
Working within a highly-skilled team of Client Advisors and Executives, you will be involved in placing agreed classes and administering property & casualty insurance programmes. You will be taught how to analyse underwriting information, prepare market presentations and answer day-to-day client queries.
There are over 10 dedicated and highly experienced people within the team, mainly based in London and Norwich in the UK but looking to expand into Ireland. The role will provide you with opportunities to learn from colleagues both informally and through well-established virtual training platforms, supporting new colleagues irrespective of location. A key advantage of this role are that you will be integral to the exciting expansion of this team into Ireland. In addition it will give you exposure to major multinational clients and the opportunity to progress to becoming the client's main point of contact. Helping to maintain and build strong relationships with our clients is part of the reason we are successful.

We will rely on you to:
- Request and analyse underwriting information
- Obtain claims reports from colleagues
- Prepare market presentations and contracts ensuring renewal strategy is reflected
- Draft client renewal reports and registers of insurance
- Manage premium billing, collections and settlements in liaison with relevant departments
- Assist with day to-day client insurance and risk queries
- Assist in mid-term changes to risk
- Attend Insurer meetings as requested
- Assist in the preparation of reports on specific projects, as requested
- Populate Marsh tracking systems
- Be aware of the Client's business, business issues, insurance programmes and service plans
- Liaise with the various departments within Marsh to provide Client service solutions
What you will need to have:
- Industry related qualifications: CIP (minimum), ACII (desirable)
- High level of accuracy/attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and numerical skills and proven track record to provide a high level of customer service
- Flexible and team player develops close partnerships with onshore and offshore colleagues
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to maintain clear lines of communication with various internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
What makes you stand out:
- A degree in Business Studies or a related discipline (desirable)
- 1 2 years' experience as a Client Advisor
