The role: Client Advisor
- We are seeking someone who can combine good administrative, communication and numerical skills with an interest in insurance in order to service our Media and Entertainment clients.
- The Client Advisor will work within a highly skilled team that specialises in managing a portfolio of accounts within the media, entertainment, broadcast, production, advertising and live music sectors.

We will rely on you to:
- Work with the client executives to gain knowledge of industry, risk and insurance markets
- Prepare components for review by more senior Advisory colleagues, including the analysis of: pricing, coverage terms and conditions, services, quote comparisons, commentary and recommendations.
- Issuing accurate certificates, evidence of cover, reports and spreadsheets, diarising of documents to support the client executives
- Negotiating with Insurers and checking documentation for accuracy
- Maintaining ongoing relationship with Insurers, clients and team colleagues to effectively service clients and assist Advisory colleagues.
What you need to have:
- The will to process instructions for all types of insurance and service clients whilst working under pressure of tight deadlines
- Confident and articulate verbal and written communicator
- Excellent at time management
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to multi-task
- Previous or current experience as an Administrator or Account Handler although we will welcome grads and candidates with no experience as long as there is a genuine interest in the Media & Entertainment sectors and Insurance.
