As a key member of Mercer's Program Delivery Team, the Client Delivery Lead acts as the primary point of contact for Mercer's Clients and Relationship teams to manage and deliver tactical and strategic Projects.

We will count on you to:
The Client Delivery Lead is the primary point of contact for Mercer's Clients and Relationship teams to manage and oversee the implementation of tactical and strategic projects brought about by strategic direction, client's changes, industry regulations and/or operational efficiency initiatives.
Program Management responsibilities for assigned client(s), assume project management, business consultancy and business analysis support to the client and internal teams
Ideation, Discovery Inception and Delivery Phases for each Client Project including the management of processes and production of required artefacts in line with Mercer's Delivery Model
Providing an optimum Client and Stakeholder experience via the management of Client projects, fixing any reliability issues, tracking service metrics, managing budgets and helping lead the professionals responsible for getting services delivered to clients
What you need to have:
Bachelor degree in Business / IT
Strong Financial Services (specifically Superannuation Member Admin) experience 10+ years
Delivery experience 10+ years in either a Waterfall or Agile Program/Project Delivery environment
Apply critical thinking to solve known or anticipated problems
Strong customer / client service orientation
Strong stakeholder management and effective communication and engagement skills
