Marsh is seeking candidates to join our Infrastructure, Power & Utilities Team as a Client Executive based in Milan.

The Team Infrastructure and Power & Utilities advise Clients on risk and insurance issues impacting operational and financial success throughout the entire construction and power value chain. We help them to succeed by reducing the total cost of risk, managing volatility, and providing advice and solutions that enable them to invest confidently for the future.
Our brokers combine deep industry expertise with our industry-leading analytics and predictive modeling engines to determine which risks to retain or transfer to make optimal risk-finance decisions, and then implement cost-effective solutions.

We will count on you to:
develop, grow, and maintain the relationship between the organization and clients, with a focus on growth (e.g., increasing amount or type of coverage, and/or products and services, for existing accounts) and retention.
manage a portfolio of clients, including some large, complex and/or multinational clients specialised in Construction and Power industries
identify, and advise on strategies for clients' risk management, risk financing and insurance needs and objectives
interface closely with Specialties, Placement, Operations and Insurers to support client retention and new business production.
implement the Placement strategy to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service, negotiating with relevant insurance carriers to define the best solutions to meet clients' needs;
develop and communicate an understanding of client businesses by conducting and analyzing client research, research on industry issues, preparing benchmarking studies and creating risk maps for internal and external use;
Attend and participate frequently in industry events and conferences to build up a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market and represent the Company as a thought leader.
What you need to have:
Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering or similar.
Proven experience in insurance / insurance brokerage industries, preferably in a client-facing role;
Be results oriented with a strong client service focus;
Fluent in written and spoken English;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
