Our Communications Specialist provides all facets of client and prospective client communication to include but not limited to video, benefit guides, power points and other open enrollment and client onboarding communication projects. This position works with Marketing Product Manager, Employee Benefits to deploy national and regional communication and marketing programs for the local market.
Essential Duties
Collaborate and direct work with customers and other vendor partners to develop best in class client communication materials for the Account Management team to facilitate open enrollment, new hire onboarding and ongoing employee education campaigns
Assist the Marketing Product Manager in developing and managing the repository of client communication materials and templates
Deploy national and regional communication and marketing programs for the local market
Working closely with the Marketing Product Manager, deploy ongoing modifications and expansion of value proposition materials
Coordinate, manage and attend local seminars and or other marketing activities to develop brand recognition and promote new business growth
Participate in customer and or prospect finalist presentations to communicate our capabilities in the area of client communications
Qualifications
Exceptional time management and organization skills
Clear and effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a client-focused, team environment
High level proficiency with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with Brainshark or video technology platforms strongly desired
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent career experience required
A minimum of two (2) years benefits, insurance, underwriting, marketing or a combination of education and experience
Previous experience, knowledge or coursework in benefits, insurance, underwriting or combination of experience preferred
Current valid Life & Health licensure required (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
