You will have the opportunity to work alongside Mercer's leading consultants to solve issues like retirement income adequacy, investing in a time of climate change, and shaping the workforce of the future.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Consulting Intern you will have the opportunity to work with the Mercer team for two weeks between 28 Jun 9 Jul 2021 in your penultimate year of study. You will be engaged in a strategic project that will both help our senior consultants deliver to clients, and allow you to get a feel for the work we do and if a career at Mercer is right for you.

We would then speak to you about full-time opportunities available in Jan 2022, when you graduate.

This role requires a unique blend of capabilities, including client-facing consulting, analysis and reporting, quantitative modelling and research across investments and / or actuarial specialties.

We work flexibly across professional practice areas and client segments, giving you the opportunity to create your own career pathway based on interests and skills. You will work in a variety of teams on different projects under the guidance of senior consultants, supported by a buddy and your people manager.
