DEFINED CONTRIBUTION (DC) NON-INVESTMENT ANALSYST (Remote worker)
We are recruiting a DC Analyst to join our specialist DC team to work alongside our consultants in the delivery of DC services.
This role can be based anywhere in the UK.
What can you expect?
- Provide input and support in the advice provided to both trustee and employer clients. This covers all aspects of DC governance.
- Liaising with providers and clients and subsequently analysing data received. Review work produced by colleagues using Mercer software/tools
- Communicating effectively to external and internal clients in a non technical manner. Produce material in plain-speak language with correct spelling and grammar. Manage budgets and workflow for clients
- Expand understanding of client needs and start assisting more senior colleagues in formulating plans to grow revenue and strengthen relationships with clients
- Attend client meetings to support senior colleagues and assist in preparation including production of meeting papers, and supporting management of actions
- Deals with routine queries received from clients and third parties
- Acts as a mentor and helps develop junior colleagues

- Be self motivated and work collaboratively within the DC and wider client team
What you need to have:
- Previous DC experience (or similar)
- Be studying, or prepared to study for a professional qualification (eg PMI, CII, CFA, IMC)
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- Project management experience (not essential)

- Previous experience showing initiative and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment
