Mercer is seeking a Digital Portfolio Capabilities Leader who will serve as the point-of-contact for Mercer Digital. The Digital Product Portfolio Capabilities Leader will be responsible for driving and growing a portfolio of digital products, capabilities and strategic initiativesacross Mercer's businesses Health, Wealth and Career.

What can you expect?
Working closely with business partners, you will bridge the understanding between business and technical domains to accelerate the use of digital capabilities and business models to advance the firm's digital ambitions.
You will steer the approach for any strategic digital challenges faced in the development process of products and manage a pipeline of digital opportunities with deep understanding of business and client/ end-user unmet needs and digital assets & capabilities.
Identify, prioritize, develop, and track pipeline of digital opportunities strategically
Identify and filter market and technology trends to capture new digital product opportunities to be share with product managers and senior leadership.

We will count on you to:
Work closely with the Product Owners, Product Managers, and Product Category Leaders to execute product roadmaps.
Take a proactive approach to anticipating issues and risks, working with the Product Owners and Product Managers in partnering with senior leadership for risk mitigation and resolution.
Actively identify cross-sales/up-sales and xBusiness Unit opportunities and communicate to Product Managers.
Grow the pipeline of digital products and capabilities in alignment with the business product road map
Support LOBs leadership to actively contribute to the development of LOBs digital agenda.
What you need to have:
5+ years in product or engineering or technical sales
A strong Industry domain digital and technical expertise based on experience in technology roles at a company in the HR consulting space, Insurance/ Health space or Pension Management
Strong technology and business acumen
Outstanding communication, collaboration, presentation skills
Knowledge of e-commerce, data-as-a-service, artificial intelligence, EdTech, FinTech, InsurTech, HealthTech, or HR Tech is a plus
What makes you stand out:
Product Blue Printing or User stories
Basic understanding of Agile/ Lean product development
Digital product development experience
Prior experience with top digital product development companies in digital enterprise product design, development and deployment
