Please note that this position is a Work From Home role thus the candidates can be based anywhere as long as they are happy to commute to our Ringwood office for team meetings once a month on average.

The role: Employee Benefits Consultant
- As an Employee Benefits consultantyou will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolioof healthcare clients within a team of Group Risk/Healthcare colleagues.
- You will be focused on ensuring the client feels supported at all times, providing advice andrecommendations atrenewal in line with the client'srequirements.
- You also be expected to follow up on warm leads to promote thewider MMB proposition to maximise opportunitiesand achieve growth targets.
- This is a client-focused telephone/zoombased and account management role.

What can you expect?
- To manage an existing portfolio of risk and healthcare clients, secure new clients and generate profitable income for MMB.
- To develop and promote the total MMB proposition to maximise opportunities.
- To promote and deliver high quality service and advice in line with internal quality procedures.

We will rely on you to:
- Manage and develop an existing healthcare client portfolio
- Secure new clients from warm leads in order to generate profitable income.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client to establish effective relationships.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure clients receive an excellent service throughout.
- Promote and deliver high quality service and advice.
What you need to have:
- Excellent communication skills, especially verbal/oral as this is a telephone based role
- Ideally with experience in employee benefits or group risk or healthcare products
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Self-driven and motivated
- A desire to provide exceptional customer service
What makes you stand out:
- Previous experience with healthcare or employee benefits products
- Previous account management/business development experience
- Previous experience in following up sales leads successfully
- Must be self-sufficient as this is WFH role
