**What can you expect:**
As an Employee Benefits consultantyou will be responsible for managing a portfolioof risk and healthcare clients. You will be focused on ensuring the client feels supported at all times, providing advice andrecommendations atrenewal in line with the client'srequirements. You will be expected toidentify new business leadsand promote thewider MMB proposition to maximise opportunitiesand achieve growth targets. This is a field based role with clients predominantly in the South including London.

**We will rely on you to:**
Managing an existing health and risk client portfolio and securing new clients in order to generate profitable income.
Acting as the primary point of contact for the client to establish effective relationships.
Providing accurate reports containing renewal information, market review results and recommendation.
Liaising with internal departments to ensure clients receive an excellent service throughout.
Promoting and delivering high quality service and advice.
Updating and maintaining records on core systems.
**What you need to have:**
Ideally GR1 and / or IF7 qualified with experience in group risk and / or healthcare insurance
