Mercer is seeking suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the following position based in the Singapore office.
HEAD OF CLIENT MANAGEMENT -MERCER MARSH BENEFITS, SINGAPORE
What can you expect?
Reporting to the Singapore Business Leader for the Employee Health & Benefits business, this role will oversee the Client Management team (brokers) with a goal to meet the financial targets (revenue and NOI), deliver service excellence, and continue to evolve with the market trends/customer needs. This role will manage key clients, working with other internal stakeholders (Operations, Client Implementation, Placement, Consulting and others) to ensure retention of key profitable clients and development targets, contributing to the profitable growth of the business in Singapore. The brokerage team leads (covering SME, Mid-Market and Large Corporate sectors as well as Specialties) will directly report into this position, with direct and indirect reports numbering 40-50 staff.

- Execute on strategy to produce a high performing team of consultative brokers
- Set strategy to drive profitability through effective partnership and delivery of high quality service in client management
- Deliver business process excellence and compliance
What you need to have:
- 15+ years progressive experience including team leadership and management from a similar environment in insurance, third party administration or brokerage environment.
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance & Accounting, Actuarial, HR, Economics or related disciplines
- Relevant licensing in line with local regulatory requirements.
